GENERAL RULES:

What is the rulebook?

The rulebook is a guide document which is valid to the players for this Esports tournament. The admin team are the decision makers for all cases which may occur and are not written in this rulebook.

The prizes will be sent out at least 30 days after finishing the tournament and it could take up to 90 days. If the player missed out on details/didn’t reply to an admin, it will delay the process.

Codes of Conduct:

The players have been given a great opportunity to grow a name in the community as a good player. The players must conduct themselves in a reasonable manner, maintaining appropriate and respectful manners to the players, production, staff team and the tournament in general. Strict rules apply to all players and for those players that do not abide by the rules, disciplinary or legal action including contract termination and referral to the local authorities will be applied.

Rules and Regulations

1.1. PUBG Mobile
1.2. Age Limit:
1.2.1. Anyone above the Age 16 is eligible to participate in the tournament, if a Player is turning 16 after the tournament, then he/she will not be allowed, if the Player is turning 16 before the tournament start date, then he/she will be allowed to participate.
1.3. Game version:
1.3.1. The players must use the latest update for the game.
1.3.2. Emulators are strictly not allowed, anyone caught using Emulators will be instantly disqualified.
1.4. Map Pool Selection
1.4.1. Erangel - Miramar - Vikendi - Sanhok
1.5. Eligibility
1.5.1. GCC And Egypt Only
1.5.2. Any Player caught playing from outside GCC and Egypt, that team will be instantly disqualified.
1.6. Tournament Procedure
1.6.1. 8 Invited Teams move directly to the Play-Offs stage (Top 32).
1.6.2. 2 Days of Qualifiers with a squad cap of 64 Teams, divided between 4 Groups of 16, each group plays 3 Matches and the Top 8 from the first 2 groups move forward to the Play-Offs and Top 4 from the last 2 groups move onto the Play-Offs, Top 24 from the Qualifiers will be joining the Invited teams to create the Play-Offs Stage (Top 32) and will be Split in 2 groups of 16 which is played over the course of 2 streamed days (Day 1 and Day 2), each group plays 4 matches and the Top 8 from each group will the move onto the finals, Top 16 from Play-Offs then play 4 Matches in the Finals on Day 3 and Top 3 wins their respective prizes.
1.6.3. Qualifiers are offstream, streaming starts from Play-Offs onwards.
1.7. Substitutions
1.7.1. Each team is allowed 2 Substitute Players.
1.8. Match Breaks (For Stream only)
1.8.1. There will be at least a 5 minute break between every match, An admin will inform the players if there’s an extended break
1.9. Change of Players
1.9.1. A player cannot have another player filled in their position of the tournament. Only the substitutes mentioned during the registrations can take place of the Player.
1.10. Server Location
1.10.1. Middle East Server.
1.11. Player Connections
1.11.1. If a player gets disconnected in the start/middle/end of the game, the game will continue after it gets started.
1.11.2. If a player faced connection issues before the game and extended the deadline or disqualification limit, The player has to provide a proper proof to the admin team otherwise the player will get disqualified.
1.12. Cheating and Scripts
1.12.1. Any kind of cheating or in-game exploit is forbidden, such as using programs to have advantage against other players. If a Player is caught cheating or using scripts, his/her team will be disqualified.
1.13. Match Interruptions
1.13.1. If a match was interrupted for reasons beyond the control of the participants(e.g server crash or player crash), the tournament admin will pause the game if needed.
1.13.2. If there is no access to the pause system, The game will be restarted.
1.14. Use of Bugs and Glitches
1.14.1. The intentional use of any bugs, glitches, or errors in the game is forbidden. The usage of the following bugs is strictly forbidden, if any bug is used which is not listed here it is up to the admin’s discretion whether or not a punishment is necessary
1.15. Player’s recording
1.15.1. The player is required to record their gameplay or POV incase if the admin asked for the demo.
1.15.2. If an admin asked for the demo, A player has a maximum of 2 hours to have their demo submitted.
1.16. Investigations
1.16.1. If a player is suspected of account-sharing/cheating etc, the tournament will still continue as it is and the Admin team will conduct an investigation after the tournament/stream is finished.
1.17. Ping Issues
1.17.1. The Organizers are not responsible for any issues relating to Ping as we have already pre-determined what servers the tournament is going to be played on.
2. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War
2.1. Age Limit:
2.1.1. Anyone above the Age 16 is eligible to participate in the tournament, if a Player is turning 16 after the tournament, then he/she will not be allowed, if the Player is turning 16 before the tournament start date, then he/she will be allowed to participate.
2.2. Game version:

2.2.2. Console Players only, if a Player is caught playing from PC, his/her team will get instantly disqualified.

2.5.2. Any Player caught playing from outside GCC and Egypt, that team will be instantly disqualified.
2.6. Tournament Procedure
2.6.1. 2 Days of Single Elimination BO1 Qualifiers (Offstream) with a Team cap of 32, 16 Teams will qualify and move forward to the Top 16 stage (1st day of Qualifiers), Top 16 will continue on the 2nd day of Qualifier and it’s the same format as before (BO1 Single Elimination), only 8 Teams will qualify from the Top 16 stage and move forward to the Quarter-Finals (1st day of Streaming), 8 Teams in the Quarter-Finals will play BO1 matches and the winners from those matches will then move forward to the Semi-Finals (2nd day of streaming), 4 Teams in the Semi-Finals will play BO3 matches and the winning teams will then move towards the Finals (3rd day of streaming) which will be played as a BO5, the other 2 teams who lose their Semi-Finals matches will be matched against each other to determine the Third Place in a BO1 match.

3. League of Legends
3.1. Game version:
3.1.1. The players must use the latest update for the game.
3.2. Eligibility
3.2.1. GCC And Egypt Only
3.2.2. Any Player caught playing from outside GCC and Egypt, that team will be instantly disqualified.
3.3. Tournament Procedure
3.3.1. 4 Invited teams directly join the Quarter-Finals.
3.3.2. 2 Days of Single Elimination BO1 Qualifiers (Offstream) with a Team cap of 32, Top 4 from the Qualifiers will then join the Invited teams in the Quarter-Finals (1st day of Streaming) , 8 teams in the Quarter-Finals will play BO1 matches and the winners from those matches will then move forward to the Semi-Finals (2nd day of streaming), 4 Teams in the Semi-Finals will play BO3 matches and the winning teams will then move towards the Finals (3rd day of streaming) which will be played as a BO5, the other 2 teams who lose their Semi-Finals matches will be matched against each other to determine the Third Place in a BO1 match.

4. Valorant (GCC Tournament and Egypt Tournament)
4.1. Game version:
4.1.1. The players must use the latest update for the game.
4.2. Eligibility
4.2.1. GCC Players for the GCC Tournament And Egypt Players for Egypt Tournament.
4.2.2. Any Player caught playing from outside GCC in the GCC Tournament will have his/her team disqualified.
4.2.3. Any Player caught playing from outside Egypt in the Egypt Tournament, will have his/her team disqualified.
4.3. Tournament Procedure (GCC Tournament)
4.3.1. 4 Invited teams directly join the Quarter-Finals.
4.3.2. 2 Days of Single Elimination BO1 Qualifiers (Offstream) with a Team cap of 32, Top 4 from the Qualifiers will then join the Invited teams in the Quarter-Finals (1st day of Streaming) , 8 teams in the Quarter-Finals will play BO1 matches and the winners from those matches will then move forward to the Semi-Finals (2nd day of streaming), 4 Teams in the Semi-Finals will play BO3 matches and the winning teams will then move towards the Finals (3rd day of streaming) which will be played as a BO5, the other 2 teams who lose their Semi-Finals matches will be matched against each other to determine the Third Place in a BO1 match.

4.4. Tournament Procedure (Egypt Tournament)
4.4.1. 4 Invited teams directly join the Quarter-Finals.
4.4.2. 2 Days of Single Elimination BO1 Qualifiers with a Team cap of 32, Top 4 from the Qualifiers will then join the Invited teams in the Quarter-Finals, 8 teams in the Quarter-Finals will play BO1 matches and the winners from those matches will then move forward to the Semi-Finals, 4 Teams in the Semi-Finals will play BO3 matches and the winning teams will then move towards the Finals which will be played as a BO5, the other 2 teams who lose their Semi-Finals matches will be matched against each other to determine the Third Place in a BO1 match.
4.4.3. Entire tournament is Off-Stream, Admins determine the timings of the matches and this will be running parallel with the GCC tournament.

4.8.2. Egypt Tournament: Any EU servers that fit best for the Egypt Players.
